    The Base Plan is intended for the athlete who wants to improve their fitness and enjoyment of their sport by following a process-driven plan that fits into their busy-lifestyle. Athletes using this plan are encouraged to find a race/event to focus on, but this isn’t mandatory to train with us! We have plenty of athletes whose goal is to be a better version of themselves, keep up with friends/partners, or just have more fun in the mountains!

    The Advanced-Plan is intended for athletes with multiple races throughout their season and need the support of a coach to guide them through successfully. The structure of the training plan is carefully designed to fit the individual needs of the athlete and takes into account their daily schedule. An intensive analysis is completed to understand the demands of the athlete’s event and their unique physiology. The aim of the training is to prepare the athlete physically and mentally so that they are at their highest potential when it is time to race.
