BIKE FITTING
Bike Fitting
involves a dynamic evaluation of a cyclist’s riding position where we analyze your biomechanics using slow-motion video to measure joint angles and joint kinematics in motion. Before we evaluate you on the bike, we complete an in-depth movement & mobility screen to understand what kind of position your body can handle.
This includes an assessment of hip mobility, posterior chain flexibility, foot structure, leg length, etc.
The ultimate goal is to position your bike for maximal comfort and pedaling efficiency. If you are having pain with riding, we assess to see if this a bike fit issue or a stability/mobility deficit.
We can address the following issues:
Knee pain
Lower back pain
Neck pain
Numb hands
Numb feet
Quadricep pain/tightness
Hamstring pain/tightness
Pudendal neuropathy (crotch numbness)
Calf pain/tightness
Frequent cramping

Packages
Bike fit + Movement/Training Session:
After bike fit, we develop a custom strength, stability, and mobility program based on your position on the bike/goals as a cyclist. Cost: 350$.
Bike fit + VO2/ Lactate Threshold test
After we’ve identified your new fit position, we complete a Threshold step test measuring: VO2, blood lactate, heart rate zones, ventilation, caloric expenditure, etc.
This test provides invaluable information you can use to effectively increase your cycling performance.
Cost: 450$.
